Data Use

For this reason we need to retain your e-mail as long as you remain our customer.

We use information you have filled in the 'Deliver to' and 'payment Methods' steps of your checkout and may share them with transportation (agencies, courier, the post office, etc)  or payment organizations (banks, paypal, etc) only in case you: 

• Have chosen for us to deliver your order to your specified address. 
• Have chosen to proceed with payment through a third party (payment link, card or PayPal).

Some members of our staff may have access to your information. This access is granted on a Need To Know basis in order to execute your order. For example, a seller will only have your contact information if you have ordered something from them. 

If you no longer wish to use our e-shop and wish for us to delete the data we have related to you (or if you wish for us to send you all data related to your account), simply send us an e-mail at eshop@coconis.gr. 

If you believe that your privacy has been violated an your data abused, you may report, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. We are obliged under the EU Regulation on the Protection of General Personal Data to inform you of this right.
